FREE PARKING FOR MELORI AQUA & SPA GUESTS (including fitness). 

 

Day visitors

For day visitors, the highest section of parking lot P5 is reserved. You will also find electric vehicle charging stations there: 3 × standard AC charging points (Type 2 sockets). Parking in the designated area for MELORI aqua & spa visitors is free of charge.

Instructions for free parking:
- park in the designated P5 parking area for MELORI aqua & spa guests
- take your parking ticket with you to MELORI
- after your visit, present it at the MELORI reception, where it will be electronically reset
- after the ticket has been reset, you have 30 minutes to exit the parking area
- when leaving, use the ticket to raise the barrier without any payment required

 

Parking in other areas within the Dolní Morava Mountain Resort

- 30 minutes of parking free of charge, then according to the current parking price list

- 150 CZK / day (6:00 - 22:00) - until the first exit

- 3 000 CZK  (22:00 - 6:00) - for the entire duration of the stay

FAQ - frequently asked questions


general questions

Do you offer accommodations at the MELORI facility?

We do not provide accommodations directly at the MELORI facility. For accommodations in the immediate vicinity, you can use our resort accommodations – the Wellness Hotel Vista****, Vista Apartments, or the apartments at the Marcelka Chalet. All of these accommodations are located just a few minutes’ walk from MELORI.

If I am unable to park in the designated P5 parking lot, will I still have free parking in another lot?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Discounted parking for MELORI visitors is available exclusively in the P5 parking lot. Other parking areas within the resort are subject to standard rates according to the current price list.

What is the latest time for entry into the facility?

Last entry is permitted no later than 30 minutes before closing time. Please note that late arrival does not affect the admission price; the price will not be reduced.

Can we walk directly to MELORI Aqua & Spa from the hotel?

Yes, you can walk there comfortably in your bathrobe through a covered passageway from the hotel. Entry is possible via the hotel wellness reception, where you will pick up a chip and the payment will be charged to your hotel account. Access from the Vista Hotel to MELORI is available exclusively to guests staying at this hotel, and only for the duration of their stay (entry is no longer possible after check-out). 

If we purchase a ticket at the MELORI reception desk, can we then walk back to the hotel through the connecting passageway?

This is not possible. The covered passageway is not intended for the general public (i.e., non-staying guests). For operational reasons, use of the passageway is not permitted in this case.

Can hotel guests use the MELORI fitness center and access it directly from the hotel?

Yes. Guests staying at the Vista Hotel have free access to the MELORI fitness center during standard operating hours as part of their stay. However, entry to the fitness center is only possible through the main MELORI reception (via the exterior entrance). Therefore, it is not possible to use the covered passageway to access the fitness center.

Is the fitness center also open to the general public who are not staying at the hotel?

Yes, the fitness center and all areas of MELORI aqua & spa are open to the general public. Accommodation at the hotel or other resort facilities is not a requirement for using MELORI’s services.

Can I make a reservation for the Water World?

Reservations are not available for general admission to the Water World and Sauna World. Capacity is managed directly at the MELORI reception desk based on current occupancy.

Can I bring my own swimming aids and toys for children?

Children’s water toys are permitted. However, the use of personal swimming aids (floats, fins, etc.) is subject to approval by the lifeguard on duty, taking into account the safety and comfort of other visitors. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.

Is it possible to rent swimming aids directly at MELORI?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We do not offer a swimming aid rental service at our wellness center.

Why is there no traditional hot tub on the premises?

The large relaxation pool in the water world is equipped with hydromassage jets and thus serves as a large-capacity whirlpool. If you prefer privacy, you can rent a private hot tub as part of our premium services in the private wellness area.

Why are children under 1 year of age not allowed in the pool?

The ban on children under 1 year of age entering the pool water is strictly enforced by a regulation from the local Regional Public Health Authority and a relevant decree from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic to ensure compliance with strict hygiene standards.

Where can I leave my wet used linens (sheets, towels)?

Designated central drop-off points are provided for returning used linens; you will find them as you exit the main changing rooms. Special black bins are also available for this purpose in the sauna area.

Why is there a charge for towel rental?

Towel rental is an additional service that is charged in addition to the basic admission fee, according to the currently valid price list.

Do you accept benefit cards (e.g., Edenred, Pluxee/Sodexo, MultiSport)?

Currently, we only accept benefit cards from Pluxee (formerly Sodexo). We do not currently accept other types of benefit cards (e.g., MultiSport, Edenred).

Is it possible to reserve access to the wellness area in advance?

Reservations are not accepted for standard access to the sauna world. Reservations are required only for the private wellness area, treatments at Bali Baths, or special events.

Can 3 adults use the private wellness area for 2 people?

No, that is not possible. The capacity of the private wellness area is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child under 15 years of age. In this case, we recommend using the private wellness area for 4 people.

Why are children under 15 prohibited from entering the sauna world, and why is it a no-swimsuit zone?

The entire sauna world zone is designed as a no-swimsuit area for hygienic and health-related reasons. Children under 15 are not permitted entry to ensure maximum peace, quiet, and undisturbed relaxation for all visitors.

Is tea consumption in the wellness tea room free of charge?

Yes, tea service in the wellness tea room is free for visitors. The entire concept is based on preparing your own tea ritual. You can blend tea to your own taste from the available tea blends. At the same time, however, it is essential that every guest keeps their surroundings tidy out of consideration for other visitors to the tea room. We therefore ask that you keep the area clean and return all used dishes to their designated place.

When will massages be available at MELORI?

Due to technical reasons, we are currently unable to offer massages at MELORI. However, you can fully enjoy massage treatments at the Vista Hotel, where they are also available to non-guests. We recommend booking in advance by calling +420 469 771 119 or emailing wellness@dolnimorava.cz.
