Art of Sauna
Art of Sauna is a unique sauna event that elevates traditional sauna bathing into an experience of artistic expression. It is not just about warming the body, but about a complex evening full of emotions, energy, music, and a carefully designed atmosphere. Every detail is part of a whole that draws visitors into the world of a modern sauna ritual.
This exceptional evening takes place regularly once a month and always brings an original program. Art of Sauna is built around performances by 2–3 top sauna masters from the Czech Republic and abroad, who belong among the best in their field. Each of them brings their own style, energy, and distinctive approach.
The entire evening is guided by professional and empathetic sauna masters who create a unique atmosphere from the very first minute through to the final cooling-down phase. The program runs from 19:00 to 22:00 and is designed as a continuous experience with clear dramaturgy and progression.
The evening includes a total of four sauna rituals, each offering a different style and emotion. Visitors thus experience a wide range of techniques, approaches, and intensity of sensation within a single evening. Each ritual is an original show with its own story.
ART OF SAUNA
4 sauna rituals
Theatrical sauna ritual is one of the highlights of the program, combining sauna bathing with storytelling, costumes, and props. This type of ceremony delivers a strong visual and emotional experience and often resembles a small theatrical performance directly inside the sauna.
Modern Classic – this ritual builds on the traditional roots of sauna bathing. It uses classic towel-waving techniques, heat management, and precise choreography. It is ideal for those who want to experience an authentic sauna ceremony in a modern interpretation.
Herbal ceremony works exclusively with natural materials. The scents of herbs, infusions, and birch whisks create a calming and harmonizing atmosphere. This ritual is focused on deep relaxation and connection with nature.
Freestyle ritual, on the other hand, is dynamic, energetic, and full of modern techniques. Sauna masters showcase their towel skills, including tricks and effective air-flow control. This style is often the most intense and visually captivating for the audience.

The log cabin sauna is the centerpiece of the experience
The entire program takes place in a unique outdoor log cabin sauna, which forms the heart of the whole experience. Its architecture, the centrally placed stove, and direct connection to a cooling lake with waterfalls under the open sky and fresh mountain air create an authentic environment that enhances every ritual.
With the admission ticket, visitors gain not only access to the Art of Sauna program itself, but also entry to the entire sauna world. They can enjoy six additional saunas and steam baths, an outdoor lake with waterfalls, a wellness tea lounge, and cozy panoramic relaxation rooms.
